How to lose weight without going to the gym. I went to the gym for 4 months and no results, so what can I do at home?

Weight loss starts in the kitchen, eat clean, take in a little less calories than you burn. Take in as much as you burn to maintain.

Run. Eat right. Do some cardio. Eat right. Run, run, run. Eat right. 

It's all about eating right and healthy.

If you have big apettite,I offer to you to drink a lot of coffee. One cup of coffee and you don't feel hungry for hours. I always do this trick,it might be unhealthy,but if gym doesn't help - you should try
