I'm giving up fruit

Ok my diet is solely fish, veggies, and protien shakes. Iv noticed I still get all the fat, sugar , and protein I need! I'm amazed by how much faster my body is transforming. Well I did my research and found that most fruits actually hinder weight loss BUT I still eat bananas lol

I advise you however to be sure u get all the minerals and vitamins u need..protein,carbs n fats are essential for your workouts but the minerals and vitamins are for the good functioning of your body,so be sure u get all of them in your diet or at least most of them
