What vitamins are best to take?
I take Nature's Way Multi Vitamin Gummies because I don't like taking tablets. I like them and they taste great.
They give you:

There are so many products out there, you need to do more than ask these forums.
I personally prefer vitamins that are food based. But because of that, you have to take more to get the same as, say, centrum, but they are supposed to be better for your body to absorb. But since I'm trying to eat healthy anyway, I don't want the full dose so they're easier to take less.
I noticed I feel a difference taking these cheap mega multivitamins rather than the more expensive more natural ones, so I'm going to switch back and see if that's the cause.

Go to GNC dont buy at Wal-Mart or places like that, buy the women's pack multivitamin that's in a box..is the best in my opinion:-)
Human body can't digest synthetic chemical vitamins completely,somebody digest 5%,while the other digest 50%. Then liver register rest of that as junk... So that is pure waste of money...Btw hahaha, there are no supplements for women and men,it's all the same,that is market bulls***,and story for young children ;)
