Have no idea where to start when it comes to what to eat.. I need help!!

Lean protein sources, fresh fruit and lots of green veggies. :-) You can track calories and food using MyFitnessPal for free.

I dont know about you...but yesterday I started the atkins diet so wish me luck not gonna be easy bit it will be worth it.

Eat food that low in calories. You can search low calorie foods on the net. There's 3 main nutrients that your body needs. Carbs, fats and protein. Make sure you get them in daily. So basically your meals must be low in calories but contain fats carbs and proteins. I've uploaded some great nutrition pictures so have a look at my uploads. And I've started some weightloss topics, have a look at them also :)
