.im 96 kg s ... gaining weight due to depression from 80kg s ... try to lose weight... everyday i ll run about 35mins..... and also doing this workout(fat burner deluxe)... aiming for 10kgs of weight lose in a month... that s impossible buy will try...smetimes i will run twice daily...

I went from 251.6 to 229 since September 18th this yr. I look in the mirror all the time and knowings its great I lost 20 pounds I still want to get to 160 . I signed up at my local gym around my job for 30 days and on weight watchers. Also I took a vow to stay away from fried food, candy, soda and ALCOHOL (TEARS).
I'm about 58kg and 163cm tall, i'm trying to tone my muscles and to eat healthy, my doctor told me my weight is normal and perfect for the sport im doing(swimming,mountain biking, running and workouts) ....so i wanna hold my weight
