Hi I'm new!! I joined because my thighs are becoming a problem in my life, and I need help with losing weight in that area, my arms, & gaining some weight in my butt area lol. .. Any advice??

Try a 25 Mintute work Out on toned and sculpts thighs. And try Zumba work out.
