Ass kicking routine
Hey everyone, so I've been doing this routine for about 2 weeks now and I'm thoroughly getting my ass kicked by it (and absolutely loving it) However I wanted to get some feedback from you guys regarding whether you think I'm on the right track for what I want to achieve.
I'm 165cms and weigh 63.5kgs. I want to get my weight down to about 55kgs and seriously attack my mid section. I'd like to see this transformation in about a month.
This is my workout which I alternate every day (so strength one day then cardio the next) :
Day 2 (cardio): Fat Burner Deluxe, 20 jog
What do you all think? I'd love as much feedback as possible!
