OK so.I.SPRAINED MY ANKLE. in.bed for two.weeks getting.stiff as a brick any workouts that don't involve standing or too much leg usage

You can lay on your back, and do weights. Hold one weight in each arm. Flat out to the side. Raise then together and make them touch. When they reach the top, squeeze. Good for pecs. Cobra pushups are good. Even bicycle kicks for abs. Hope this helps
