1st Photoshoot! Any tips!

Hey everyone! I have my first Photoshoot coming up and I'm pretty nervous. Any tips out there are greatly welcomed. I'd also like to lose as much weight as I can before the shoot( typical) but I'd greatly appreciate any advice you guys have to give. Thanks!

Typically you wanna stay away from carbs the day before. A couple mins before the actual shoot, especially of it's a bikini pose, do some pushups and crunches to help define your muscles. Also, slightly apply baby oil. It will really show your muscles and toned body.

And I've been running/ walking 2-3 miles a day and eating protein and vegs. Holloween kinda threw me of track , but I'm dedicated and want to stick this out.

You can lose about 3 pounds a week if you reduce water weight. You can also lose more by replacing a full meal with one protein shake, OR fast by only eating twice a day. But that's overdoing it IMO.
