Ways to drop the most weight in a week

I have a photo shoot next week. And I'm trying to lose as much as possible. I'm avoiding heavy carbs and sticking to protein (usually fish) and veggies. As for working out, I've been going walking/running aroun 2-3 miles a day. Since Ik running is the fastest way to lose that flab. Any advice tips or tricks?!? Thanks guys!

Juicing. And by juicing I mean from whole fruits and vegetables. Probably the quickest way to drop weight "healthfully". Can't guarantee you'll be happy lol.

If u r already light weight then its difficult to shed weight in a week...however u can try boxers workout

You're not gonna lose much in a week from exercise.

You're best bet is to cut sodium and wheat... maybe cut everything but vegetables, somebody mentioned juicing, that means only veg juice w maybe a little fruit juice but no solid food.

trying to lose max weight in a week is not healthy
