Alright so I'm new to this whole eating right and exercising! I'm 18 and at 180 pounds I would love some tips on how to trim that down and how to get better at this! Also what keeps you motivated and what's keeps you doing this! Thanks for the tips!

To loose weight, you  should diet and do cardio. And what motivates me most are results!
