Need some encouragement. I need someone to be my pep team. I used to workout but I got out of it. I am really it of shape and I became a smoker. I really want to improve on both.
You can do it, Kevin! For smoking, you should try an e cigarette but I KNOW it's hard to stop because my brother is struggling. It takes a lot of self control so don't get discouraged if you slip sometimes. Same with working out. You can totally do it! Just keep your mind on your goal and don't forget to relax and cheat sometimes :) only with food though haha you've got this and I'm here for you!
