I'm a very picky eater, so I was wondering what is everyone's favorite healthy snack or recipe? Maybe it will help me eat better and possibly find something I enjoy:)
As snacks...I enjoy:
*Mashed avo with seasoning on 2 Provitas
*Chunky low fat/fat free cottage cheese on 2 Provitas
*Ham and avo on 2 Provitas
That's for savory snacks...for sweet snacks once a week if I crave...
*1tsp of organic peanut on 1/2 a banana or one small banana
Or peanut butter on 1/2 or one small apple

I'm lazy and i love most every food, heres my snacks:
tuna straight out the can
Hard boiled egg w salt
Canned chicken on whole grain bread w just a little butter
Carrot & cucumber & green pepper sticks
I recently mixed up my own (all unsalted) mixed nuts with mostly almonds and walnuts w a little cashews and raisins and just a little 85% dark chocolate. I split it into bags of 150 calorie servings.
Need more please :)

Cottage cheese and pineapples:-)
Pumpkin spice latte healthy meal shake
Mint chocolate protein shake
Caramel apple pie shake :-) ^^^all have 17 grams protein, 150 calories and all the vitamins/minerals that I need! Sooo good!
