So, I'm definitely not a larger girl at all. I'm 16, and trying to get really nice Abs. I want abs like Jamie andries.. if you know who that is. Any tips to improving my abs? I am a cheerleader, and I do workout quite a lot. But mostly just arms and keys, I'm up for anything!
always loose fat first and then work on your abs.

Well.. I'm already pretty tiny. Losing weight isn't quite my ideal thing right now, mostly just getting abs.

Does your gym have a body fat percentage calculator? Like an electrical resistance thing where you stand on the platform and hold the handles that are on cords... Or any other methods? You in school? Ask the nurse or whoever...gym teacher or coach...
You can get an idea of where you are with body fat... You can appear pretty thin and still be surprised at how much more work you gotta do for those abs.
Google "body fat percentage abs" there are articles and pictures to help you get an idea. That last plateau before you get abs can be tough.
