Hey guys, do you think taking diet pills and fatburners help? If so, which are the best you've tried.

I don't see the point unless you're like a professional model or actor...otherwise the health risks seem silly, and the results are often temporary. Why rush it when you're gonna get there anyway? I say just take it easy and implement lifestyle changes that stick rather than crash diets that don't last. You can use more natural things like green or white tea or even coffee before a workout. Heck I'd be more comfortable drinking a diet coke and that stuff is crazy.
But hey maybe you have a good reason to want to rush it and maybe somebody knows a reliable product... Good luck
