Need tips on how to lose weight fast!! Need it cos I'm going to the beach with some friends...??

Drink hot water and do HIIT....will see result in one week.

eat as much a possibe. im not kidding! as long as its mainly fruits, veggies, small portions of low fat meat, and lots of water, this will keep you full to stop craveings. starving yourself wont help, because your body goes into "starvation mode" and only lets you burn as little calories as possible. hope this helps <3

No restaurants, no fried food, no junk food, no pop, no white bread, little to no condiments at all, but dont starve yourself. Only treat yourself to one cheat day. Walk/jog everyday, if not then do HIIT training like insanity type stuff.
