eat as much a possibe. im not kidding! as long as its mainly fruits, veggies, small portions of low fat meat, and lots of water, this will keep you full to stop craveings. starving yourself wont help, because your body goes into "starvation mode" and only lets you burn as little calories as possible. hope this helps <3
