Toning and Firming
I lost 100lbs in about a year. I've started weight lifting to try to tone and firm jiggly thighs. Plastic surgery is not an option. It seems to be getting worse although I can see some muscle definition. Any suggestions?
I would say consume protein through shakes before or after your workouts, don't cut calories (losing weight means not gaining muscles), make sure your body fat % is really low so that your muscles can show, work out every day for at least 30 minutes with one rest day, and eat healthy while drinking at least 2 litters (60 oz I think?) of water each day.
