Toning!!! Help??

I gained 15 pounds I don't want to lose it I just want my body toned. I run every day Monday through Friday and exercise at home but my body doesn't look toned just a slim waistline. What can be done for my body to get toned? Thanks :)

Sounds to me like your getting all the cardio you need. So just watch your diet and hit the weights harder

If you don't have access to weights, do strength building body weight exercises. Squats, lunges, core exercises, pushups... stuff that gets you feeling the burn in your muscles and where you can feel the challenge to build muscle strength and endurance for more reps.

Yeah that's what I do. I do it at a high intensity and a fast pace also so it'll tone better
