So I'm trying to build definition in my abs. I can fell them, but they can't be seen because of a couple pounds of fat on my stomach. I've been working out hard every night, and I've been making progress everywhere but there. Its only a small amount, but I just don't know how to get rid of it. Help..?
Yeah the belly is like the last place humans lose fat. There's nothing you can do besides trying to lose all the fat on your body until your abs come out. The way to lose fat is to burn more calories than you eat everyday. Its a pretty simple concept, but that last bit of belly fat takes some more education and dedication.
