Ok, you can't get rid of fat wherever you want, workouts that make those claims are misleading. When you burn more calories than you eat, then you lose weight. That's it. Simple math, burn more than you eat. Whether you burn it doing leg lifts or finger picking a banjo makes little difference. (ok, actually, toning those finger muscles makes for sexier fingers once you DO lose the fat)
fortunately for you, the arms and legs are usually some of the first places people naturally lose fat.
To be successful, it helps to know how much you're burning and how much you're eating. A calorie tracking app like myfitnesspal or noom or fatsecret can help with this.
It's really quite simple and you can definitely do it if you want to.
If that's you picture you don't have no arm or leg fat lol! I wouldn't lose any weight if I were you! All you need to do tone up and build on your muscles. You have a great figure!
