Do you have tips for losing fat on thighs?
I love to run and im running now for 3 months but i only lose bellyfat
Just keep doing what you're doing. If you've lost some fat then you will, if you continue to exercise and cut calories, eventually lose the other fat. You can't choose where lose fat from, though, you just gotta burn more calories than you eat and wait for progress.
Working those target muscles DOES help with creating a healthier look, but won't really make you lose fat in that area.
Anything that gets you moving burns calories, and that's your goal. Do you count calories?
