Hey, I heard that drinking water can really help to loose weight, but how and why?

If you drink a glass before you eat you want eat alot that the table you will fool faster.

Greetings, here is a simple response to a complex question.
Drinking Water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the human body.  Start by drinking 1-2 glasses after waking up each morning, helps activate internal organs.  Blessing!

It reduces the need to eat causing you to eat less without noticing thr feeling of starvation because your stomach is filled wiyh water that's what my friend told me
