How do you keep motivated to workout? Any tips ? Especially if you're juggling school, work, and family. Thanks in advance for the responses!

I have a vision board of my goals above my bed, so I have to see it everyday, a fitness journal and I plan my workouts. This seems to help me! :-)

I also have a vision board, but sometimes when it's one of those day my vision gets a little blurry:-)

My motivation is remember why you started

That's what I have to keep telling myself. Why do you want to workout and get fit? How will you feel if you don't workout?

I want to have a six pack that's why I work out and if I don't work out I feel sick :D

Same thing after eating junk food, I really feel sick and fat :D Working out is my drug (sry for my bad English :D)
