Hello there!!! My currunt weight is 83 kg and i really need to lose 13 kg... The problem is that i only have 3 months to do it.... Any advice ?? !!!!! PLZ

Watch what you eat SBD the amount you eat also make sure you get at least three days of cardio. But don't cut out weight training. Building muscle is also key for losing fat
