I hv bet my fiance for reducing 5 kg in 2 months..and i wana gv her surprise.. But i m very busy in my exams..cnt hv even sum tym to do workout.. Wt should i do...as in exams appetite also increases..!!!

Eat veggies instead. Tons of veggies. And protein. Like straight tuna and chicken breast, hard boiled eggs (whites only), yogurt or cottage cheese in lesser amounts. Drink lotsa water. Once per hour while studying, do something like these:
5min Full Abs 5:00
World's Fastest Workout 4:00
Combined with this (once per hour while studying):
Pushups 0:30

at first u should make a time table.make urself sure that u study hard for ur exam but also make sure that u do excercise at the afternoon.

Five kilos in two months is kind of easy, if you stick to a simple plan.

Five kilos in ONE month is a LOT more difficult. You got about a month and a half, now.
  If you start making simple changes now, and download a calorie tracker and set it for 1kg weight loss per week... It will be kind of easy. If you wait much longer you're really setting yourself up for failure.

Weightloss is simple. It's a simple math equation. It's totally possible for anybody, especially with today's technology to help guide you.
