Hey, ich glaub du sprichst deutsch oder? Mach squats und lunges zur staerkung deiner oberschenkel und waden, such dir ein workout von hier raus was deinem typ am meisten entspricht und mache dieses regelmaeßig. Was mich interessiert ist, wieso du denkst so viel machen zu müssen, du hast einen schönen Körper und ich glaub das hast du schon oft gehört glaub mal n bisschen an dich!
