I think it is, I do it for ten minutes everyday, plus run at least fifteen
I would use the elliptical for at least 45 minutes 5 days a week and i saw results in two weeks (with clean eating). Make sure you adjust the resistance so you are actually working.
I agree here. I lost 100 lbs from using the elliptical. Now I burn over a 1000 calories on level 18 for an hr. The calorie burn on cardio machines are not accurate AT ALL. I've done a personal test for my own sanity. Ive gotten #'s from 1000-2000+. Yes the elliptical is a great cardio machine especially if you have knee and back pains. Remember to use resistance and ear clean.
