Okay so I wanna tone my arms and have a little definition. So how often should I work on my arms to get rid of my bat wings ?

I work out my biceps and my triceps about 2 times a week or more. Depends on what I want to do that day. But I do it at least 2 times a week.

Any upper bodyweight exercise works the arms pullups, pushups, handstands, climbing, all vipr exercises, most kettlebell exercises, I don't like isolating muscles but you can always do the stereotypical bodybuilding bicep curls tricep extension however not exactly good training unless you want to be a bodybuilder
