Hi, I'm new to this and I really think this app could actually help me. :) I really want to lose body fat. Any pointers? :)
Basically get a good nutrition plan..making sure you get plenty of protein.. and ensuring that any carbs and fats you consume are ones that will benefit you.thats the mmost important part of losing body fat and do the higher intensity cardio workouts this app provides...which by the way are excellent. There are also some good supplements out there that along with a good nutrition and exercise plan will help with shedding body fat. Aim for 4 or 5 high intensity workouts on this app per week if your sole aim is to lose body fat. Hope this helps a little.
