Hello..High intensity workouts are your best friend when trying too lose weight, plus watching what you eat and drink. Give the high intensity workouts I've posted in my pictures a try sometime! Good luck.

Eat more fiber - there's no other nice way to put this,  but if you wanna drop weight, you gotta eat clean, workout hard, sweat and poop
