Do you know how much PBF you have and what's your goal ???
I just took mesurments today i'm 82 kg and down to 9,1% and my goal is to lower it down at 6-7%
I am currently 5.6 percent body fat but thats because of high metabolism
How are you guys measuring it, is it something we can do by ourselves at home (accurately)?
There is a device that does it by the measurements, how tall you are, how much you wiegh and how old you are and its different standards for a male than a female
I'm at 7.8%
You can mesure it with a CALIPER it's a device that it's mesuring your fat and with several mesuring points of the body you can calculate how much body fat you have or a mashine thats called BMI (body mass index)
Yes at my knowledge with the caliper you can get most accurate results,and you'll need help for taking good mesurments on your back,triceps,biceps area
Currently at 10% because i am bulking, my goal 7%
Mine is a healthy 20% , i think it's in the range of athletes... We women have an other scale than you men! But my goal is 14% bc i can't see my abs!
i'm @ 6.7%. my goal was <10, coz a year ago i was at 11%.
What's you current %BF on the end of this year?
I'm down to 8,9% more work in the next year
Anyone else true for it's to tell his/hers PBF ?
It will be nice to have a goal
