Hi I am 13 and I am 1.67 cm my weight is 53kg I am not fat but not too slim at all my goal is 49 kg what should I do?

You have a long time to get your body in shape as you grow. Eat sensible and exercise.

Eat lots of veg fruit,wheat bran
high in fibre to speed up
Your metabolism
Lean meat high in protein
Like fish,chicken,turkey
Drink at least 2 liter of water a day
And do interval training

I'd say that you shouldn't loose weigth now, just wait. Bc you still so young and you're very tall so don't worry, curves are female! ;)
