I've been trying for a long time to get rid of my love handles. I would love any suggestions or advice on this. Please and thank you.
Doing side plank dips and leg lifts when laying on your side will help firm the muscles there making it so there is a little less squishiness (is that spelled right?) So when you put on pants there will be an ever so slightly less bulge. The rest is up to losing fat through clean eating and burning calories. I've noticed some nice result with HIIT Cardio workouts so deff check that out and see if you like it :) Just anything that gets your heart rate WAY up. Even weight lifting will work.
