I've been trying for a long time to get rid of my love handles. I would love any suggestions or advice on this. Please and thank you.

The best way to rid yourself of your love handles arre twisting exercises. Also doing superman or a prone row. Lie on the floor on your stomach with arms outstretched and bring your arms in as if rowing and arch your back to look at the sky @ the same time. Great exercises for your lower back and hips.

Well, it strengthen the muscles in that area but doesn't burn the fat.

Doing side plank dips and leg lifts when laying on your side will help firm the muscles there making it so there is a little less squishiness (is that spelled right?) So when you put on pants there will be an ever so slightly less bulge. The rest is up to losing fat through clean eating and burning calories. I've noticed some nice result with HIIT Cardio workouts so deff check that out and see if you like it :) Just anything that gets your heart rate WAY up. Even weight lifting will work.
