So I've been pretty active before but with school and other things I became inactive for a while. I'm 5'6 , 17 years old and I weigh 130-140ish though not overweight, I want to lose weight to get the body I want. ( need to be about 120ish.) I tried hard for a while but it was kind of a fail. What do you guys suggest I should do. All advice will be appreciated.
