Milk protein

Just wanted to ask if I can drink milk after working out... any ideas?

Yes it's fine, as long as you are not sensitive to dairy. Some experts say chocolate milk is the best recovery drink. I heard brown rice protein absorbs very quickly so is good for after workout, but milk is good, or whey protein mix, or protein mix with casein (another milk protein) which is absorbed slowly and steadily by the body. Casein is the primary protein in cottage cheese, also.
