Skin tightening exercises?
I had twins 11 months ago and I've lost quite a bit of weight since then. I need some advice on which exercises are best for tightening the area of the lower stomach.
Pilates is amazing for the lower abs. I've been a dancer for so long and that is what keeps is flat. It strengthens down into your core like no other. Have fun!
