Actually, it's better to eat whole fruits instead of drinking just the juice. Most of the fibers are in the peel of the fruit or the zesty white stuff you see in citrus fruits like oranges. Juice is just carbs (sugar) and vitamins.

Raw vegetables juiced are also really good for you, just check them into the juicer and juice away :-)
