I lost 5 lbs in a week. This is what I did:
1. I drank the citrate magnesium on a Saturday 6 am. Went all day...literally! Ate nothing but fruit, vegetable & drank water that day.
2. Next day I ate fruit & vegetables. Drank water. Exercised.
3. Continued eating a vegetarian diet and exercised.
4. Divide your body weight by 2 and that is how much water you should drink daily.
