Best exercises for increasing THIGH GAPS??
Quick question and please don't b offended but y would u want thigh gaps?.... I work hard to make sure I don't have a gap...
Want to reduce fat on inner thighs.....walking more than 2 miles is uncomfortable.....squats are not helping(for 6 months m doin them with cardios)
Thigh gaps occur when you are malnourished or through genetics...so ofcourse EXERCISING isn't going to help you "receive" thigh gaps...sorry if I sound a bit harsh but I'm just saying......
And honestly why do you want thigh gaps?
I certainly do understand the appeal of the idea of thigh gaps... looking in the mirror, they make the individual feel thin, as if the fat on the thighs isnt there...
Sad truth, though: a true thigh gap will come from two things.
1) deplearing your body of necessary nutrients. Definitely a bad idea.
2) exercising, enabling your body to get rid of most, if not all, of the fat in your thighs. (The fat will soon be replaced by muscle, though. This thusly results in a thigh gap, though not the idea you seem to be aiming for...)
This is a community aimed towards people who wish to be fit, and exercise, working towards being healthy... not malnutured.
I sincerely hope, hon, that you listen here. Thigh gaps arent a sign of health. Work towards converting thigh fat (all of it really) into muscle!
