Hi guys, I do Dumbbell Muscle Blaster and interval fat burner (treadmill) 6 days a week and I eat a low carb high protien 1600 calorie diet.
I weigh 102 kgs now and I'd like to reach my goal of 75-77kgs by mid June.
I've been losing 3-3.5kg a month with the above mentioned routine and I'd like to push further to 4.5-5kg a month.
Please advice :)
Eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and lean meats. Also do a lot of cardio. Weight lifting is good too but you may build a little muscle in the process which weighs more than fat. Not a bad thing. Good luck!
Been working my ass off and logging. Still no effect. Scales show 103kg now after 2 weeks :'( maybe thats muscle.
