Motivation and tips for toning

Thin but not in shape and wanna focus on my abs
Anyone got any tips for workouts or foods? Thanks :)
Lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and lean meats. Work out 6 days a week with weights (dumbbells and kettlebells). Also, drink nothing but water and unsweetened tea! Of course, you can make smoothies. Protein is your best friend too. Good luck!
