Lower body...plus lose weight

I have been losing great weight and i am happy about it..but i seem to be losing more of the weight on my upper body..i want to lose more weight on my lower body..thighs to be precise..i would appreciate any advice either on diets or workouts. lol

I would suggest upping your cardio(running, walking etc) add more squats to your routine and up your lean protein intake.

Run alot more or do more cardio whatever that would mean for you I dont know if you have a gym close by you but an elliptical machine is great for leaning and toning your legs. I would eat more protein which you can get a good lean amount of this from chicken breast, I also drink soy protein shakes once a day. Anytime you eat more protein that helps to up your metabolism and you burn more fat. Find leg workouts up here as well. Doing leg workouts with weights will help you as well.
