I'm 14, 5'1 tall and I weight 101 Ibs. I want to loose weight so I can have a flat stomach. What workouts do you recommend?
You are on the low end of what is considered a healthy BMI. Especially at your age, don't worry about trying to lose weight, exercise to be healthy and to feel good, but not to lose weight. You are at a very healthy weight and have nothing to worry about. Side note: you cannot spot reduce fat which is why I mentioned weight loss and not belly fat reduction.
