I'm currently a college student and am trying to focus more on eating healthy and exercising. I'm still on winter break so I have easy access to a grocery store to get healthy food but when I head back to college in a week, I will only have access to the dining halls (buffet style) and a microwave and fridge in my room. Any help in figuring out what I should try to eat would be helpful. Thank you!
