Best inner thigh weight loss exercices

So I've been looking for the exercises that help me lose weight around my inner thighs. I've seen a lot of exercises but they've made me bulk instead which isn't my goal. Does anyone know any exercises that have the outcome I'm looking for? One that doesn't make you gain muscle

Cardio and diet is your best bet for weight loss. If you do exercises for you inner thighs without reducing the over lying fat it will typically cause the increase in size as the inner thigh muscles grow(adductor muscles). Sounds like you fell into the common trap of spot reducing. Just because you do exercises for that area it does not mean fat will be reduced in the area, the muscle will develop but you need the added cardio for overall fat reduction.

You can't spot reduce fat from just one part of your body. Anything that drops your overall body fat % will help.

Yeah right! It biological you can t chose were you want to loose fat you just need to do cardio to loose the max and then build muscle were you want!
