Alright, so I have my butt workouts and I thought I had my ab workouts also but I dont.. :p any ideas? And also I dont know what to eat! Any good healthy meal ideas? Cause I have absolutely no clue ahah..
Ab Killer this is an ab workout that I created, you are more than welcome to try it out. As far as diet goes, just start swapping processed and fatty foods for fruits, veggies, and lean meats.
