im new to this site so not really sure how it works. last halloween i weighed in at 164 pounds, im now 141. i still have about 20 more pounds to go before i reach my goal. its always easier to workout when you have someone to talk to for support and motivation so if anyone needs a workout buddy just let me know!

I'm new too! Was 180 lbs but now I'm down to 165 lbs. Still have a ways to go for my goal weight... about 40 lbs actually. I just started using this in the new year, but have only used the workout programs. Im currently in the middle of the bikini babe program and I really love it!
