I'm interested, because I read a story that only 8% of people achieve them...how do you stay motivated?!
Mine are dietary mostly like drinking only water if I do drink something else It's unflavored and unsweetened green tea with coconut milk, coffee with coconut milk or fresh made juice. Also cutting out sugar, useless carbs and processed foods.
Being more consistent with working and in general.
