Backside & Weird Body Proportions
So I've been using this app for a while now and I was wondering if anyone had any workout tips to get back fat taken care of?
Also I've never been a normal bmi until lately and I have a good idea what I'll look like when I reach my goal weight. It kind of freaks me out because my ribcage is going to stick out tremendously. My abdomen will be concave in relation to my chest and pelvis. I'm hoping when the back fat dissolves I will have a more proportional frame. If not I may have to go back to stage 1 (200-260ibs.) and get ripped. Kinda hoping I won't have to, but if it comes to that then whatever.
Anyway if someone has any good workout tricks to get rid of back fat please let me know. I'd greatly appreciate it.
