How can i loose as much weight as possible in one moth? How much can i loose the most? Please help me

u can target 2 to 3lbs a week thats on the safe side of dropping weigh an if u didn't know already it take 3500 cal to burn to drop 1lb the cal going out have to be more then the ones coming in hope this info help u good luck.

Eat clean, cut out sugar, salt, drink water. Workout as much as you can focusing on cardio. If you were to lift weights lift 12-15 reps a set. Pick a weight that you'd feel a burn the last three reps. Hope this helps.
